The LTS/B-4 lift transverse unit combines a belt section CSS with a lift unit to create right-angled branches in assembly conveyor systems. The 4-track design supports individually adjustable track spacings (b1 to b3) and carries up to 60 kg per track. The unit is delivered fully assembled; gear motors are supplied separately.

The LTS/B-4 lift transverse unit transfers workpiece carriers at a right angle out of or into a running conveyor line without interrupting main flow. Its 4-track configuration with freely selectable track widths between 216 mm and 600 mm accommodates a wide range of workpiece carrier sizes. O-rings on the belt sections deliver high friction coefficients and reliable take-along force during transverse conveying.

  • Permissible load per track: max. 0.15 kg/cm support surface length, max. 60 kg (LTS/B)
  • Permissible load per belt section: max. 120 kg
  • Track widths b1, b2, b3 individually adjustable (min. 216 mm, max. 600 mm per track)
  • Motor mounting on right (MA = R) or left (MA = L) on each track of the belt section
  • Motor connection with cable/plug (AT = S) or terminal box (AT = K)
  • Gear motors suitable for frequency converter operation; two lift positions
  • Simple toothed belt replacement; reversible across the full value range
  • Delivered fully assembled; gear motors separate; leg set SZS/B required as accessory
