The HD 2/H Size 1 lift rotate unit raises workpiece pallets approximately 50 mm above the conveyor level and rotates them precisely by 90° or 180°. For Size 1 and Size 2 units, the reverse rotation takes place below the belt and runs in parallel with the workpiece pallet change, significantly reducing cycle times. A center position is available in the 90° version. The unit is supplied fully assembled, including two dampers for the end positions of the rotary movement and all fastening material for mounting on conveyor sections.
