The HD 2/H lift rotate unit in size 3 (BG 3) is a fully assembled transfer-system component that lifts workpiece pallets 50 mm above the conveyor medium and rotates them to a precise 90° or 180° position - enabling controlled part orientation within the assembly cycle.

• Maximum total pallet weight of 240 kg covers heavy sub-assemblies handled by BG 3
• ESD-compatible for safe use in electrostatic-sensitive production environments
• Rotation by 90° (square pallets only) or 180°; for BG 3 with 90° rotation, reverse rotation takes place above the belt
• For use with workpiece pallets WT 2/H and WT 2/F-H in widths of 800, 1040 and 1200 mm
• Scope of delivery includes: 2x damper for end positions of the rotary movement, fastening material for conveyor assembly, and pneumatic elements (fittings, throttle non-return valves) for the top/center/bottom lift positions
• Fully assembled on delivery - minimal installation effort on-site
