The BS 2/G-250 belt section from Bosch Rexroth is a fully assembled, drive-integrated conveyor section for transverse transfer of workpiece pallets between parallel conveyor lines - recommended for use with two HQ 2/G-H lift transverse units - as well as for longitudinal conveying on sections up to 2000 mm. The EPA-compatible duplex chain, integrated manual chain tensioner, and anodized aluminium section profile with stainless steel guide profile and PE glide profile ensure reliable, long-term operation in ESD-sensitive production environments.

• Transverse conveying between parallel conveyor sections; recommended with two HQ 2/G-H lift transverse units

• ESD-compatible duplex chain (EPA-suitable); max. section load 250 kg
• Track width 160 to 1200 mm; individual width variants available on request
• Nominal speed selectable: 6, 9, 12, 15 or 18 m/min (vN = 0: without motor and gearbox)
• Motor mounting right, left or central (central from track width 240 mm); connection via cable/plug or terminal box
• Reversible operation possible; accumulation operation not permitted
• Cleanroom class ISO 7; dry room (rF <1 %); max. operating temperature +40 °C
• Supplied fully assembled; use of the LU 2 automatic lubrication unit is strongly recommended
