TO92 center lead spread die for the three cylinder Supercut/RS4 - Iteco 163000

In its basic configuration the Supercut/RS4 works with two external dies. Where a forming shape cannot be produced this way in one stroke, the machine is upgraded to three cylinders. This die assembly is built for that version and spreads the center lead of a TO92.

Operating features

• For the three cylinder version - the die requires a Supercut/RS4 fitted with assembly kit 7915.167.
• Center lead spread - the middle wire of the TO92 is led out of the row and meets an offset pad.
• Third forming station - the additional cylinder acts separately from the two external dies and widens the range of shapes.
• Cutting and forming stay in one stroke - the leads are trimmed to length at the same time.
• Up to 2000 pieces per hour - machine output is unchanged compared with the basic version.

Applications

TO92 devices with an offset middle pad whose forming goes beyond what the two cylinder machine can do, and production lines that want to use an existing three cylinder Supercut/RS4 for a further package.

Compatibility and scope of supply

The die works in the Supercut/RS4, which Iteco supplies bare under part number 7915.166, and additionally requires the third cylinder assembly kit under part number 7915.167. Every forming shape needs its own die assembly, and the unit is exchanged as one complete assembly. Supplied as one complete die assembly. Made in Italy.
