Third cylinder assembly kit for the Supercut/RS4 forming machine - Iteco 7915167

In its basic configuration the Supercut/RS4 works with two external dies that cut and form the leads in one stroke. When a layout calls for a shape that cannot be produced this way, this kit upgrades the machine to three cylinders and creates a third, separately driven forming station.

Operating features

• Third forming station - a further pneumatic cylinder acts on the component in addition to the two external dies.
• Non standard shapes - according to the Iteco catalogue 2026 a three cylinder machine with custom tooling covers shapes outside the standard programme.
• Unchanged workflow - top feeding and foot pedal release stay exactly as before.
• Tooling for three cylinders - the matching die assembly Iteco 163.000 for TO92 with spread center lead is one example.
• Same machine output - the Supercut/RS4 still handles up to 2000 pieces per hour.

Assemblies with lead shapes that the 16x.xxx die programme does not cover, customer parts with their own lead geometry, and production lines that want to extend an existing Supercut/RS4 to a new package instead of buying a second machine.

Compatibility and scope of supply

The kit belongs to the Supercut/RS4, listed by Iteco under part number 7915.166. It does not replace a forming tool, the die for the required shape has to be ordered separately. Supplied as one kit. Made in Italy.
