Preforming and cutting die assembly lock-in with seated body for Supercut/RS4 - Iteco 160900

On flat assemblies every tenth of a millimetre of build height counts. This Supercut/RS4 die deliberately leaves out the standoff kink: it cuts the leads to length and bends them outwards below the board, so the body rests directly on the board while the part is still locked in place.

Low profile assemblies with tight enclosure dimensions where leaded parts may seat flat and still have to be fixed before soldering.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

The die assembly fits the Iteco Supercut/RS4 (machine number 7915.166). Delivery comprises one complete die assembly as a single piece. The machine itself ships without a die and has to be ordered separately. The same lead shape is available for the stronger Supercut/TS1 (7915.171) under number 180900.
