BR3 tape reel holder for taped radial components 15 mm pitch Supercut - Iteco 7915159

The Supercut cutting machine is built for loose radial components. To run the same machine on taped components with 15 mm pitch, this BR3 reel holder is fitted as an accessory. The reel is mounted on it, the tape runs guided into the cutting zone, and the machine keeps working at its full rate of up to 3000 components per hour.

Operating features

• For 15 mm tape pitch - the holder guides tapes with 15 mm pitch, for the common 12.7 mm pitch Iteco supplies version 7915.160.
• Retrofittable - the holder is fitted to an existing Supercut cutting machine, the machine itself stays unchanged.
• Guided feed - the tape enters the cutting zone without jamming, so loose parts no longer have to be sorted.
• Up to 3000 components per hour - transfer and ejection of the cut components run automatically, with no downtime caused by manual loading.
• Adjustable speed - the transfer speed of the machine remains steplessly adjustable.

Production lines that buy capacitors and resistors on 15 mm tape and want to keep using an existing Supercut, migration from loose parts to taped parts without buying a new machine, and small batches that do not justify a dedicated taped component machine.

Compatibility and scope of supply

The reel holder fits the Supercut cutting machine, supplied by Iteco under 7915.147N in the 115 V version and under 7915.148N in the 230 V version. For tapes with 12.7 mm pitch the reel holder 7915.160 is intended, and for the Superform range the BR6 holder arm under 7915.185. Supplied as a reel holder without machine. Made in Italy.
