Cutting and bending machine for axial components Superform/AP, reinforced wheels, 3.9 mm curl, quick setting - Iteco 7915102DR

Taped axial components only insert cleanly when cut length, bend and curl come out the same on every part. The Superform/AP 7915.102DR cuts, bends and curls in one pass and fixes the curl dimension Z at 3.9 mm so the component sits vertically on the board. The reinforced bending wheels handle lead diameters up to 1.4 mm, and the lead pitch P starts at 10.2 mm. The quick setting shortens the changeover between two formats when different components run on the same day.

Compatibility and scope of supply

The machine 7915.102DR is supplied for manual operation. The motor unit 7915.030 (230 V) or 7915.031 (115 V) for Superform/A-AP-S-V-R-RCP is supplied only assembled with the machine and works with the foot switch 600.023. Available accessories are the BR6 tape reel holder (7915.185) and the CS10 feeder (7915.180) for loose axial components. Made in Italy.
