The Superform/AP 7915.102BR combines the reinforced bending wheels for leads up to 1.4 mm with the quick setting. It is the version for heavy axial components in a shop that changes between different pitches often.

Applications

Contract manufacturing with heavy axial parts and frequent product changes, repair and spare part production for power assemblies, and pre-series work where lead diameter and pitch are not yet fixed.

Accessories and scope of supply

The machine is supplied as a hand-operated unit. Accessories from the Iteco range: BR6 tape reel holder (7915.185), CS10 feeder for loose axial components (7915.180), motor unit 230 V (7915.030) or 115 V (7915.031) for Superform/A-AP-S-V-R and foot switch 600.023. Two cutting-only wheels are available as an option. Fitted in place of the cutting and forming wheels they produce a plain U shape without curls.
