Superform/R-LC manual cutting machine for taped radial components, 12.7 mm pitch - Iteco 7915213A

Anyone trimming only a few hundred taped radial components per order does not need a motorised line. The Superform/R-LC belongs to the low-cost machines of the Iteco catalogue, is hand cranked only and cuts the leads of taped radial components at the standard 12.7 millimetre pitch.

Working features

• 12.7 mm tape pitch - the standard R-LC version. For 15 mm tapes version 7915.213B is provided.
• Manual operation only - the 2026 catalogue states that the LC machines cannot be motorised, so no motor unit can be added later.
• Built for small batches - intended for prototypes, repair and short orders rather than continuous production.
• Lead diameter 0.4 to 1 mm - covers capacitors, transistors and stand-off resistors.
• Body diameter up to 14 mm - larger electrolytic capacitors also pass the infeed.
• BR6 reel holder can be fitted - according to the catalogue arm 7915.185 may also be used on the LC machines.

Applications

Prototype and sample building with taped radial components, repair shops handling changing small quantities, and training or laboratory benches where a manual machine is sufficient.

Compatibility and scope of supply

Supplied as the manual machine for tapes with 12.7 mm pitch. If the same operation is needed with a motor drive and higher output, the Superform/R 7915.113A can be combined with the MOT98 motor unit. The LC range also comprises the axial Superform/A-LC machines and the vertical Superform/V-LC versions. Made in Italy.
