Superform/R-LC manual cutting machine for taped radial components, 15 mm pitch - Iteco 7915213B

Large electrolytic capacitors are taped at a 15 millimetre pitch so the component bodies keep their distance. This version of the Superform/R-LC is built for exactly that taping and trims the leads by hand, without a motor unit and without compressed air.

Working features

• 15 mm tape pitch - for the wide taping of bulky radial components. The standard 12.7 mm pitch is covered by version 7915.213A.
• Manual operation only - according to the 2026 catalogue the LC machines cannot be motorised, no motor unit is offered for them.
• Body diameter up to 14 mm - the wide pitch guides even large electrolytic capacitors cleanly into the cutting wheels.
• Lead diameter 0.4 to 1 mm - identical to the 12.7 mm version.
• BR6 reel holder can be fitted - arm 7915.185 keeps the heavier 15 mm reel in the pay-off axis.
• One pitch per machine - conversion between 12.7 and 15 mm is not provided for, users running both tapings install two machines.

Small batches with large electrolytic capacitors from 15 mm tape, repair and spare part production for older assemblies, and benches that need a second machine for the wide taping next to a 12.7 mm machine.

Compatibility and scope of supply

Supplied as the manual machine for tapes with 15 mm pitch. For the same operation with a motor drive, the Superform/R/98 under part number 7915.113B can be combined with the MOT98 motor unit. Made in Italy.
