The Superform/V in version 7915.101B works with a fixed pitch of 2.54 mm, the 0.1 inch grid, and cuts and bends taped axial components with lead diameters from 0.5 to 0.8 mm. The Iteco catalogue lists this very version as the standard model of the series.

Assemblies with a dense 0.1 inch hole pattern: small film resistors, glass bodied small signal diodes and comparable parts whose body diameter stays within 3 mm. The version pays off where the board is densely populated and every part has to save space by standing upright.

Compatibility and scope of supply

The machine is driven by its hand crank. For the Superform/A-AP-S-V-R-RCP range Iteco offers the motor unit 7915.030 in 230 V and 7915.031 in 115 V, both with speed control. According to the catalogue the motor unit is supplied only with the machine assembled and is switched by the foot pedal 600.023. The BR6 tape reel holder (7915.185) is fitted to the side and eases unwinding of the reel. The TNS waste tape expeller 7915.080A is intended for the Superform/A-AP-V-S-R range. Supplied as one machine with the pitch set fixed. Made in Italy.
