Superform/A-LC cutting and bending machine for taped axial components, standard version - Iteco 7915200A

Axial resistors and diodes arrive on tape, but the board calls for a defined hole pitch. The Superform/A-LC separates the components from the tape, trims the leads and bends them to the set pitch in the same pass. The standard version covers lead diameters from 0.4 to 1.3 millimetres.

Working features

• Pitch 6.5 to 60 mm - the widest setting range of the four A-LC versions, enough for horizontal as well as upright mounting.
• Lead diameter 0.4 to 1.3 mm - covers taped resistors, diodes and small chokes. For leads up to 1.4 mm version 7915.200D with reinforced bending knives is available.
• Bend distance C 1.2 to 16 mm - the distance between component body and bend can be matched to the assembly rules of the board.
• Independently adjustable tracking wheels - the toothed wheels are set separately, which makes a format change quick.
• Manual operation only - according to the 2026 catalogue the LC machines cannot be motorised and are intended for small batches.
• BR6 reel holder can be fitted - arm 7915.185 carries the tape reel and keeps the infeed steady.

Applications

Small batches and sample building with taped resistors and diodes, repair shops working with changing pitches, and training benches where the forming step should stay visible to the operator.

Compatibility and scope of supply

Supplied as the manual machine in the standard version. If the same forming is needed with a motor drive and higher output, the Superform/A 7915.100A can be combined with the MOT98 motor unit and foot switch 600.023. The LC range also comprises the vertical Superform/V-LC versions and the radial Superform/R-LC. Made in Italy.
