Additional chrome plated steel grid shelf for Sahara 60 l baking oven - Iteco 8107152

The Sahara 60 l comes with two shelves, while its guide pattern allows seven levels. Five additional shelves of this type reduce the spacing between levels, so flat goods such as trays and bags stack more densely and several lots stay cleanly separated.

Operating features

• Load rating of 7 kg per level - the figure applies to all shelves of the range and limits the load per level, not the total batch.
• Up to 7 levels in the 60 l oven - 2 shelves are fitted at the factory, so up to 5 more can be added.
• Free choice of height - the shelf slides into the guides of the 408 x 372 x 422 mm chamber and can be matched to the height of the goods.
• Chrome plated steel grid - the open grid lets the forced air pass through the load, which keeps the temperature even across all levels.

Applications

Drying several separated lots at the same time, holding opened dry packs and baking small board series at 105 to 125 °C to IPC-1602.

Compatibility and scope of supply

The shelf fits only the 60 l size of the Sahara range, listed in the 2026 catalogue under oven number 8107.105. Iteco uses separate part numbers for the other sizes because the footprint of the chamber differs from model to model. Supplied as one shelf. Further options for the ovens are the PidManager software with special USB cable (8107.215), the door with a 200 x 200 mm inspection window (8107.117) and the lateral cable port of 50 mm diameter (8107.121). Made in Italy.
