Forced ventilation baking oven Sahara 60 litre, 40-280 °C, 1200 W, 2 shelves - Iteco 8107105

The Sahara 60 is the bench size with two levels. A 60 litre chamber measuring 408 x 372 x 422 mm and two grid shelves supplied as standard let you dry two batches in the same run. Heating power rises to 1200 W compared with the 40 litre model.

• 1200 W clearly shortens the heat-up time compared with the 800 W version.
• The built-in datalogger records the temperature curve and exports it to a PC over USB, which is the evidence needed for bake documentation.
• Programmed start-up brings the oven to temperature at a set date and time, for example Monday at 06:30 to a setpoint of 200 °C.
• External dimensions 746 x 570 x 605 mm at a weight of 40 kg.

Compatibility and scope of supply

Supplied with the oven itself, 2 chrome plated grid shelves, the PidLogger PID controller with datalogger and multifunction timer and the USB port for the PC link. Shelf height is free, 7 levels can be used in total. Matching accessories: extra shelf Iteco 8107.152, USB cable with PID Manager software Iteco 8107.215, door with tempered inspection window 200 x 200 mm Iteco 8107.117 and lateral cable entry 50 mm Iteco 8107.121.

Standards and origin

The temperature range and the programmable timer meet IPC-1602 for baking printed circuit boards and the 125 °C procedure of IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033. The oven is built in Italy.
