Lateral cable port 50 mm diameter for Sahara baking oven - Iteco 8107121

As soon as measurements are taken inside the oven and not just drying, cables have to reach the chamber. This option adds a port of 50 mm diameter in the left side wall of the Sahara, so thermocouples or sensor cables stay routed in permanently and the door remains closed throughout the run.

Operating features

• 50 mm diameter - takes thermocouple connector heads and bundles of several measuring leads.
• Left side wall - the port sits on the side and keeps the door surface and the control panel clear.
• Ordered with the oven - the version is identified by adding the letter H to the oven part number.
• No loss of usable space - shelf count and chamber volume of the oven stay unchanged.

Applications

Temperature profiling with external thermocouples on printed boards during a baking run to IPC-1602, connection of dataloggers for quality records, and supply of test fixtures exposed to a thermal program inside the oven.

Compatibility and scope of supply

The option belongs to the Sahara oven range and is defined when the oven is ordered. On the Sahara DRY versions the inner chamber is air tight in order to hold humidity below 5 % RH, so an additional port has to be agreed with the manufacturer for those models. Further options of the range are the door with a 200 x 200 mm inspection window (8107.117) and the PidManager software with special USB cable (8107.215). Made in Italy.
