Additional chrome plated steel grid shelf for Sahara and Sahara DRY 80 l - Iteco 8107154

The 80 l size is the smallest that Iteco also offers as a Sahara DRY with humidity control. Every level counts there, because baking moisture sensitive devices at 40 °C and below 5 % RH can take up to 79 days under J-STD-033 and occupies the oven for that long. Six additional shelves fill all eight positions.

Operating features

• Load rating of 7 kg per level - the figure applies to all shelves of the range and limits the load per level, not the total batch.
• Up to 8 levels in the 80 l oven - 2 shelves are fitted at the factory, so up to 6 more can be added.
• Free choice of height - the shelf slides into the guides of the 458 x 372 x 472 mm chamber and can be matched to the height of the goods.
• Chrome plated steel grid - the open grid lets the forced air pass through the load, which keeps the temperature even across all levels.

Applications

Long term baking of MSD components at 40 or 90 °C in the Sahara DRY 80 l, drying printed boards in the Sahara 80 l and resetting the floor life of complete tray series.

Compatibility and scope of supply

The shelf fits only the 80 l size of the Sahara range, listed in the 2026 catalogue under oven number 8107.107 and the Sahara DRY 8107.108 version with humidity control. Iteco uses separate part numbers for the other sizes because the footprint of the chamber differs from model to model. Supplied as one shelf. Further options for the ovens are the PidManager software with special USB cable (8107.215), the door with a 200 x 200 mm inspection window (8107.117) and the lateral cable port of 50 mm diameter (8107.121).
