PidManager software with special USB cable for Sahara baking ovens - Iteco 8107215

Every Sahara oven records temperature and, in the Sahara DRY version, humidity as well. Those records can only be read out and evaluated with PidManager. The same option also unlocks the thermal programmer, that is operation following a multi step program written on a PC.

Operating features

• Up to 10 programs of 100 steps each - each step defines the temperature setpoint, the maximum temperature gradient and the dwell time, and is then downloaded to the oven controller.
• Datalogger records - temperature history on the Sahara, temperature and humidity history on the Sahara DRY, shown as a graph that can be printed and saved.
• Sample rates from 1 second to 30 minutes - this gives recordings of 6 hours to 450 days on the Sahara and 3 hours to 225 days on the Sahara DRY.
• Documented process control - the recorded curve proves the baking time to IPC-1602 and J-STD-033 towards the customer.
• Special cable included - the link to the controller runs through the supplied USB cable, a standard cable does not replace it.

Applications

Writing a step program that first holds the load at 40 °C, then raises it to 100 °C at less than 2 °C per minute and to 150 °C at less than 1 °C per minute. Proving the baking duration for traceability in electronics manufacturing. Evaluating long runs on moisture sensitive components, which can last several weeks under J-STD-033.

Compatibility and scope of supply

The option works with all baking ovens of the Sahara range and with the Sahara DRY versions, which additionally record relative humidity. The datalogger itself is fitted in every oven at the factory, but without this option its data cannot be read out and the thermal programmer cannot be set. Supplied as the software together with the matching USB cable. Made in Italy.
