Additional chrome plated steel grid shelf for Sahara 40 l baking oven - Iteco 8107150

The Sahara 40 l is the smallest unit of the range and is supplied with a single shelf. To use the benchtop oven to its full extent, up to six further levels of this type can be added, filling all seven shelf positions of the 348 x 312 x 367 mm chamber.

Operating features

• Load rating of 7 kg per level - the figure applies to all shelves of the range and limits the load per level, not the total batch.
• Up to 7 levels in the 40 l oven - 1 shelves are fitted at the factory, so up to 6 more can be added.
• Free choice of height - the shelf slides into the guides of the 348 x 312 x 367 mm chamber and can be matched to the height of the goods.
• Chrome plated steel grid - the open grid lets the forced air pass through the load, which keeps the temperature even across all levels.

Drying single JEDEC trays and small reels in the laboratory, reconditioning sample batches and preparing individual printed boards before reflow to IPC-1602.

Compatibility and scope of supply

The shelf fits only the 40 l size of the Sahara range, listed in the 2026 catalogue under oven number 8107.103. Iteco uses separate part numbers for the other sizes because the footprint of the chamber differs from model to model. Supplied as one shelf. Further options for the ovens are the PidManager software with special USB cable (8107.215), the door with a 200 x 200 mm inspection window (8107.117) and the lateral cable port of 50 mm diameter (8107.121). Made in Italy.
