Oven door with tempered glass inspection window 200 x 200 mm for Sahara - Iteco 8107117

Every opening of the oven door breaks the temperature profile of a running batch and stretches the drying time. This option replaces the solid Sahara door with a version carrying a 200 x 200 mm tempered glass inspection window, so the position and condition of the load can be checked without interfering with the process.

Operating features

• Viewing area 200 x 200 mm - large enough to judge how the shelves are loaded and how JEDEC trays are aligned.
• Tempered glass - specified for continuous service on a chamber working between 40 and 280 °C.
• Batch stays closed - on the Sahara DRY in particular, whose chamber is air tight in order to hold humidity below 5 % RH, visual checking avoids letting moisture back in.
• Not a retrofit accessory - the option concerns the oven door itself and changes neither the chamber volume nor the number of shelves.

Applications

Checking how a batch is stacked during a PCB baking run of several hours to IPC-1602, watching test pieces during a thermal program, and visual inspection of long drying runs on moisture sensitive components, which can take several days under J-STD-033.

Compatibility and scope of supply

The option belongs to the Sahara oven range and is stated when the oven is ordered. It is available for the temperature controlled models 8107.103 to 8107.113 as well as for the Sahara DRY versions with humidity control. Supplied as one door with the inspection window fitted. Further options of the range are the lateral cable port of 50 mm diameter (8107.121) and the PidManager software with special USB cable (8107.215). Made in Italy.
