Forced ventilation baking oven Sahara 80 litre, 40-280 °C, 1200 W, 8 levels - Iteco 8107107

The Sahara 80 holds 80 litres but works from the same 1200 W connected load as the 60 litre version. Each batch therefore carries about a third more boards or JEDEC trays without any change to the electrical installation.

Benefits in daily use

• Internal size 458 x 372 x 472 mm with 472 mm of chamber height for stacked trays and magazines.
• Eight shelf levels instead of seven, so batches can be split more finely than in the smaller models.
• 1200 W as on the 60 litre oven, while the usable volume grows by a third.
• Range +40 to +280 °C with ± 1.5 °C control accuracy and ± 1 °C display accuracy.
• Up to 10 thermal programs of 100 steps each can be written on a PC and downloaded to the controller, every step holding setpoint, gradient and duration.
• External dimensions 796 x 570 x 680 mm at a weight of 45 kg.

Compatibility and scope of supply

Supplied with the oven itself, 2 chrome plated grid shelves, the PidLogger PID controller with datalogger and multifunction timer and the USB port for the PC link. Shelf height is free, 8 levels can be used in total. Matching accessories: extra shelf Iteco 8107.154, USB cable with PID Manager software Iteco 8107.215, door with tempered inspection window 200 x 200 mm Iteco 8107.117 and lateral cable entry 50 mm Iteco 8107.121.

Standards and origin

The temperature range and the programmable timer meet IPC-1602 for baking printed circuit boards and the 125 °C procedure of IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033. The oven is built in Italy.
