Metal-In Static Shielding Film, 1000 Series, 914 m Roll, Width 1.22 to 1.52 m - Desco

When standard bags do not fit, for example with large assemblies, instruments or custom formats, cut the packaging from film and seal it yourself. SCS 1000 Series shielding film is the same polyester, metal and polyethylene laminate as the metal-in bags and limits discharge energy to less than 10 nJ. Rolls are 914 m long and come in widths from 1.22 to 1.52 m.

• Cleanroom friendly: dissipative surfaces attract fewer particles, silicone not detected (FTIR).
• Custom shapes: heat sealable at 149 to 190 °C in 0.5 to 3.5 s.
• See-through: 40 % transparency keeps contents and labels readable.

Applications

Making shielding bags and covers in custom sizes, wrapping large assemblies and instruments for storage and shipping, packaging in cleanrooms. Store the film dry, at a steady temperature and out of direct sunlight.
