Conductive Black Tubing, Unprinted, 75 to 305 mm x 500 m, LLDPE 70 µm - Desco

When PCBs, assemblies or cable sets come in many lengths, cutting bags from tubing beats stocking dozens of bag sizes. Desco conductive tubing comes in widths from 75 to 305 mm on 500 m rolls. The carbon-loaded LLDPE conducts at Rs 1 x 10² to < 1 x 10⁵ ohms regardless of humidity. One cut and one heat seal give you a bag of exactly the right length.

Applications

Cutting bags for PCBs, assemblies and components in the EPA and in order picking, intimate-contact packaging made of conductive material per IEC 61340-5-3. For transporting ESD sensitive items outside the EPA the standard also requires a shielding structure, which black film alone does not provide. As the film is unprinted, mark the package with ESD labels where needed.
