Antistatic Pink Bubble Bags, Amine-Free, 130 x 185 to 280 x 360 mm - Desco

Small parts, housings or finished goods that are not ESD sensitive still need cushioning inside the EPA, and that cushioning must not generate charge itself. Desco pink bubble bags are made of antistatic, pink tinted polyethylene and come in sizes from 130 x 185 to 280 x 360 mm. Bubbles of 10 mm diameter and 4.5 mm height absorb shock and vibration during handling and in-plant transport.

Applications

Storing non-ESD-sensitive items inside the EPA, separating sensitive from non-sensitive parts, cushioning finished goods and moving non-sensitive items out of the EPA for primary packaging. For transporting ESD sensitive devices outside the EPA, IEC 61340-5-3 requires packaging with discharge shielding, which is the job of shielding bags.
