Permastat ESD bubble wrap, 2-layer, 75 µm, 600 mm wide, 100 m roll - Warmbier 3160.0600

A 600 mm web covers most packing jobs in electronics production, from interlayers in containers to wrapping a complete instrument. The film is dissipative and drains charges in a controlled way at 10^10 - 10^11 Ohm.

Benefits

• Two-layer polyethylene structure with smooth outer and inner layers, so the goods rest on a flat surface.

Application

Inside the EPA as an interlayer in ESD containers, as wrapping for housings and instruments and as cushioning during in-house transport. The pink colour shows at the workbench that dissipative material is in use. Goods leaving the protected area call for shielding material.
