Walkways, machine fronts and the space under chairs and carts take the most wear, yet the floor still has to be part of the ground path for people wearing ESD footwear. Statfree CV280 in homogeneous conductive PVC generates no charge itself and sits in the conductive range at 1 x 10⁴ to 1 x 10⁶ ohms (Rtt). The roll measures 2 mm x 1.2 m x 18.3 m.

Applications

Conductive floor covering for aisles, standing workstations and cart routes in electronics production, also as a protective layer over ESD tiles. On a grounded substrate no separate grounding hardware is needed, otherwise connect it with a floor grounding kit. Resists inorganic and organic acids, mineral oil, aliphatic hydrocarbons, aldehydes and amines. Let the material relax for at least 4 hours before cutting.

Standards

Meets the ESD flooring requirements of EN 61340-5-1 and the floor/footwear limits of ANSI/ESD S20.20 Method 1. Verify Rg periodically with a surface resistance meter per EN 61340-5-1. RoHS compliant, lead-free.
