Jewel ESD Wristband, Elastic, Adjustable, Sapphire, 4 mm Snap - Desco 60000

A wrist strap is the first grounding measure at an ESD workstation and has to be comfortable all day to be worn consistently. The adjustable Jewel wristband in soft 22 mm wide elastic fabric fits any wrist. The 4 mm snap stud in stainless steel connects it to the coiled cord, while silver-plated fibres on the inside ensure skin contact.

Applications

For personnel grounding at ESD workstations in production, repair and laboratories. The wristband is used with a coiled cord with 4 mm snap socket and 1 megohm safety resistor, for example the Jewel coiled cord Desco 60260. Test with a wrist strap tester before every shift.
