Statfree T2 Plus ESD Rubber Mat Roll, Dissipative, Grey, 1.5 mm, 0.76 x 12.2 m - Desco 66409

When several benches need a uniform ESD surface or non-standard sizes are required, cutting the mat from a roll is the practical route. Statfree T2 Plus is a dual-layer oil-resistant nitrile rubber: the grey top layer is dissipative at 1 x 10⁶ to < 1 x 10⁹ ohms, the black bottom layer is conductive. The roll measures 0.76 x 12.2 m at 1.5 mm thickness.

Applications

For workbenches, packing tables, repair and soldering stations in electronics production, laboratories and service. Before cutting to an exact size, let the material condition unrolled for at least 4 hours because it shrinks slightly when first unrolled, then trim with a sharp knife. The mat must be grounded to remove charges. If it lies on a surface that is already properly grounded, separate grounding hardware may not be needed. Do not daisy-chain mats, ground each one individually.
