ESD Lab Coat, Static Dissipative, White, Unisex, Sizes XS to XXL - Desco

Everyday clothing creates electric fields that can induce charges in sensitive components and trigger CDM-type discharges. The Desco static dissipative lab coat covers the clothing and keeps these fields away from the workstation. The fabric achieves Rp-p of 1 x 10⁵ to < 1 x 10⁹ ohms. The unisex cut fits men and women, choose a size from XS to XXL.

Applications

For electronics production, laboratories, test areas and service wherever staff in everyday clothing handle ESD sensitive components. The coat covers the clothing and keeps its electric fields from inducing charges in components. Wash at max. 40 °C with a neutral detergent, do not use fabric softener or bleach, do not dry clean. Tumble dry at low temperature, iron at up to 110 °C if needed.

Meets the garment limit of IEC 61340-5-1 (EN 61340-5-1), Rp-p tested per ANSI/ESD STM2.1 at a test voltage of 100 V. ESD protective symbol on the breast pocket.
