The polyester fabric contains at least 9 % carbon nylon fibres in a chain-link design, and every seam is conductive from panel to panel. Charges decay in under 0.1 s.

Applications

Assembly, repair, test and laboratories in the EPA. Fasten the smock fully and ground it before handling parts, with a coil cord (not included) on the hip snap or via ESD footwear and ESD flooring. The hip-to-cuff function can be checked with a wrist strap tester or continuous monitor, seam conductivity with a surface resistance test kit.
