The larger the assembly, the further the joint moves away from the nozzle. The Plus nozzle with a 230 x 85 mm capture width keeps extraction over the whole working zone, fed by a unit rated at 110 m³/h per port and 1800 Pa of vacuum.

What the set delivers

• Plus extraction nozzle, 230 x 85 mm and transparent, so the joint stays visible despite the large nozzle face.
• Omniflex arm, position stable without spring assistance, holding the wide nozzle steady above the board.
• H13 combination filter with 2.2 m² of filter area, 99.95 percent separation below 1 µm and 1500 h of service life.
• Activated carbon stage for flux and rosin vapours, preceded by an F7 pre-filter for 1 to 10 µm particles.
• 50 dB(A) noise level and stepless power setting, usable even with light components.

Application and scope of delivery

Intended for rework benches and test areas handling larger boards. Delivery includes the EASY ARM 1 filter unit, Omniflex extraction arm, Plus nozzle 230 x 85 mm, pre-filter, combination filter and mains cable. The interface lets i-CON 1 C, i-CON 2 C, i-CON VARIO 2, i-CON VARIO 4 and Ersa rework systems drive the unit. Replacement filters: combination filter 0CA10-1001, pre-filter 0CA10-1002.
