Extraction nozzle round 60 mm metal antistatic for EASY ARM - Ersa 0CA10-5001

At a hand soldering bench the fume rises from one small point above the tip. The Ersa extraction nozzle 0CA10-5001 is a round metal capture hood of 60 mm diameter that covers exactly that area and concentrates the available airflow of the filter unit on the solder joint.

Applications

Hand soldering stations in production, repair and laboratory work where solder fume, flux vapours and aerosols have to be captured at the source. Also suitable for smaller bonding and dispensing tasks with solvent based media at a single workplace.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Fits the Ersa filter units EASY ARM 1 (0CA10-001) and EASY ARM 2 (0CA10-002). In combination with the Omniflex extraction arm the Omniflex nozzle coupling 0CA10-9006 is additionally required. Delivery covers the extraction nozzle without arm, coupling and filter unit.

The antistatic version supports operation at ESD workstations according to IEC 61340-5-1.
