A fixed soldering bench used for several hours a day needs extraction right at the joint. The Ersa EASY ARM 1 is a single-arm filter unit with 110 m³/h air flow that captures solder fume at source and cleans the air in three stages before it returns to the room.

Applications
Single workstations in electronics manufacturing, repair and laboratory work where hand soldering or rework is carried out. Suitable for rosin-based fluxes whose aerosols and gases have to be captured and filtered.
Compatibility and scope of delivery
Works with the Highflex and Omniflex extraction arms of the EASY ARM range and with connection hose 0CA10-2002. Filters are identical to EASY ARM 2: combination filter 0CA10-1001 and prefilter 0CA10-1002/04. Delivery covers the filter unit, arms and accessories are ordered separately.
The unit is ESD safe and therefore suitable for workstations to IEC 61340-5-1.
