Flussmittelcreme NC5070 No-Clean F-SW32, DIN 8511 - Ersa 0FMKANC32-005

In rework on fine pitch, the applied quantity decides the result: too much flux runs onto neighbouring pads, too little leaves cold spots. NC5070 flux cream is therefore applied through a 0.6 mm plastic dispensing needle, which keeps it on the single joint being worked.

Applications

Rework and repair in SMD assembly, component replacement, correcting solder bridges and refreshing oxidised terminations. The small pack suits benches with low consumption where a larger container would age before it is used up.

Note

For higher consumption the same formulation is available as a 200 ml tin under 0FMKANC32-200. The product is classified as dangerous goods class 3, so the safety data sheet applies.
