i-Tool MK2 Griff - Ersa 3IT1035-00C

Over the years a soldering iron handle collects everything that eventually kills it, cable strain, heat and mechanical knocks. The replacement handle for the i-Tool MK2 restores the bench to delivery condition with its 1.2 m lead, without touching the station.

What distinguishes the handle

• 1.2 m cable length, the standard lead for a stationary soldering bench.
• Tip'N'Turn bayonet lock, so tips are changed without tools and locate repeatably.
• Takes the 142 tip series, which keeps the existing stock of tips in use.
• Released for the i-CON1 and i-CON2 stations in both A and V versions and for the Vario stations, so one spare covers a mixed installed base.
• Repair at handle level instead of replacing the whole station, which keeps bench maintenance cost low.

Application and scope of delivery

The handle is meant as a spare and shelf item for soldering benches on shift work, and as a second handle when two tip shapes have to be ready without swapping. Supplied is the handle with its lead, tips, stand and station are not included.
