If you want to build an ESD drawer cabinet to your own requirements, start with the housing: this model in the 54 x 36 E grid measures 1023 x 725 x 850 mm and offers 750 mm clear height for drawers. At 850 mm high the cabinet sits well next to a workbench or test station and its top stays usable. RFID Lock opens and closes with standard RFID badges, cards or tags in addition to a number code, operated manually.

Use and combination

It is used in EPA areas of electronics production, at EMS providers, at test and repair stations and in maintenance. Drawers are not included and are ordered separately to match the clear height of 750 mm. The cabinet must be earthed for the coating to drain charges. In the 54 x 36 E format you can add an ESD resin cover plate as top closure and work surface, a grooved mat for the top, a three-sided edge rim, a four-sided edge rim with push bar (direction of travel crosswise) and a pair of ESD castor carriers for crosswise travel that makes the cabinet mobile. For mobile cabinets, drawers with the single safety catch on the right are the minimum requirement.
