Dust and toner residue in printers, servers or assemblies cannot be removed ESD-safely with an ordinary vacuum, as airflow and plastic hose build up charge. The Desco 497ABG-NO-I is a self-contained electronic service vacuum whose hose and accessories are dissipative. With the unit connected to an earthed receptacle, charges drain to ground in a controlled way. A three-colour filter indicator shows in good time when the filter needs replacing.
