ESD Electronic Service Vacuum, 220 V AC, without Power Cord - Desco 497ABG-NO

Dust and toner residue in printers, servers or assemblies cannot be removed ESD-safely with an ordinary vacuum, as airflow and plastic hose build up charge. The Desco 497ABG-NO is a self-contained electronic service vacuum whose hose and accessories are dissipative. With the unit connected to an earthed receptacle, charges drain to ground in a controlled way.

Key benefits

• ESD safe: hose and accessories are dissipative and drain charges to ground through the earthed receptacle
• Compact, portable unit, quick to set up
• Removes toner, dust, dirt and small parts from equipment and assemblies
• Comprehensive accessory set with crevice tool, brushes and needle nose nozzle for tight spots
• 220 V AC input, power cord with EU or UK plug selectable separately

Applications

Cleaning printers, copiers, servers, data processing equipment and assemblies in field service, repair and electronics production inside an EPA.

Standards

Operate only from an earthed receptacle so that charges are drained.
