ESD mobile frame double-sided 1380x710x1600 mm, module width 1330 mm, usable height 1250 mm - Lista 93.831

At 1600 mm overall height and 710 mm depth, this double-sided frame is designed for the 1330 mm module. Four swivel castors, two of them lockable, turn it into a mobile store at the workstation.

Benefits

• Dissipative surface: The painted parts carry the dissipative paint coating developed by Lista, which drains charges in a controlled way.
• Screwless fitting: The support columns, perforated on four sides at 50 mm pitch, take back panels, adjustable shelves and bin rails over 1250 mm usable height.
• Running gear: 4 ESD swivel castors with 100 mm wheels in grey, non-marking ESD rubber, 2 of them with brake, load capacity max. 250 kg.
• Equipping: Both sides can be equipped, so one trolley can supply two workstations or both sides of a line.

Use and combination

The frame serves as the base for ESD assembly trolleys in electronics production, EMS, test areas and repair, for example to stage components at the line or move assemblies. It is fitted out with adjustable shelves, tilting shelves, bin rails with safety angles and back panels in the 1330 mm module. The dissipative effect depends on the complete set-up being properly earthed. A matching 1330x710 mm grooved mat is available for the frame base.

Notes

For safety reasons, mobile frames must be fitted with a push handle. Please make sure to order push handle item no. 89.950.000 as well. Fittings such as shelves and bin rails are not included.
