ESD mobile frame single-sided 1050x510x1300 mm, module width 1000 mm, usable height 950 mm - Lista 93.818

If you move assemblies between production, testing and stores, you can build your own trolley on this frame (1050 x 510 x 1300 mm). The support columns take fittings without screws.

Benefits

• Dissipative surface: The painted parts carry the dissipative paint coating developed by Lista, which drains charges in a controlled way.
• Screwless fitting: The support columns, perforated on four sides at 50 mm pitch, take back panels, adjustable shelves and bin rails over 950 mm usable height.
• Running gear: 4 swivel castors with 100 mm grey rubber wheels, 2 of them with brake, load capacity max. 250 kg.
• Equipping: One side is equipped, the rear stays clear and the trolley can stand close to a wall or workbench.

Choose the ESD colour when ordering from the following options:

• Light grey RAL 7035
• Pale grey NCS S 2403-Y
• Anthracite grey RAL 7016
• Orange NCS S 1080-Y40R

Use and combination

The frame serves as the base for ESD assembly trolleys in electronics production, EMS, test areas and repair, for example to stage components at the line or move assemblies. It is fitted out with adjustable shelves, tilting shelves, bin rails with safety angles and back panels in the 1000 mm module. The dissipative effect depends on the complete set-up being properly earthed.

Notes

For safety reasons, mobile frames must be fitted with a push handle. Please make sure to order push handle item no. 89.950.000 as well. Fittings such as shelves and bin rails are not included.
