Anyone running an EPA to IEC 61340-5-1 has to prove that every operator checked wrist strap and ESD footwear. The wall mounted Test Station EVO USB provides that record right at the entrance. It measures the wrist strap and both shoes in the range 50 kΩ to 2 GΩ and stores each result with date, time and user ID in the internal data logger.

Applications
The wall version suits fixed EPA entrances in assembly, repair, test areas and goods receipt, where the station stays next to the door and the footplate remains on the floor. Because data is stored locally and collected over USB, this variant works without a network connection.
Compatibility and scope of delivery
The delivery comprises the Test Station EVO USB instrument, the footplate for footwear measurement, the plug-in power supply and the evaluation software for Windows. Matching accessories are the stand Iteco 9264953 for free standing use and the calibration units Iteco 9264980 and Iteco 9264981.
Standards and origin
Wrist strap and footwear testing follows IEC 61340-5-1. An ISO9000 traceable calibration certificate is supplied with the instrument, and periodic recalibration can be ordered as Iteco 9264927. The Test Station EVO is manufactured in Italy.
