A 1000 mm assembly trolley that brings components from the store to the line gets a shelf with 999 mm of usable width from this ESD adjustable shelf. Side wall and lift-out guards secure load and shelf in transit.

Use and combination

The shelf is used on ESD assembly trolleys in electronics production, moving material between store, assembly and testing. It hangs in the trolley's support columns and combines with further shelves of matching module width to form several transport levels. The dissipative effect depends on the setup being properly earthed.
