The HAKKO FX-971 soldering station is the next generation of high performance soldering station derived from the best parts of the HAKKO FX-951, which has been arguably the most reliable and cost effective soldering station in the electronics industry for the last 15 years.

The FX-971 provides an extended range of active soldering tips. The single soldering station is particularly suitable for use with lead-free solder, as the patented soldering tips keep the temperature even and stable, thus ensuring better soldering. Thanks to the compact, ergonomically optimized device shape and the powerful 100 watt heating element, the FX-971 achieves fast and efficient heating of the tips, which is transferred to them evenly.

Unique is the easy-to-read display, which can be swiveled with the station and provides the user with all relevant process information. The FX-971 is only compatible with HAKKO CONTROL SOFTWARE V3 or higher. The HAKKO Control Software enables direct temperature operation, setting of presets and parameters, real-time peak temperature display and the ability to record peak temperatures, user profiles and automatic calibration measurements. To meet the requirements for saving energy, the soldering station is equipped with an adjustable auto-sleep function and an automatic switch-off after a preset time. These functions also increase the service life of the soldering tips. The requirements for N2 inert gas soldering are also broadly covered by this range.
