Quick connect coupling HI Cupla 200 200-60SC, 6 mm, steel - Nitto Kohki 319821014

On an air line, pulling back the sleeve every time costs seconds and a free hand. The Nitto Kohki HI Cupla 200 connects by simply pushing the plug in and works up to 1.5 MPa (15 bar).

• Push-to-connect operation, the sleeve does not have to be pulled back first
• Working pressure of 1.5 MPa (15 bar, 218 PSI) in a chrome-plated steel body
• Redesigned valve with low pressure loss, flow rate is 15 % higher than on the conventional model
• End-face seal when coupled, unlike an external O-ring seal it is not damaged by exhausted lubrication
• NBR seal (marked SG) for -20 °C to +60 °C
• Free cross-section of the connection is 13 mm² to 41 mm² depending on the pairing

Compatibility

The range is interchangeable with HI Cupla models 20, 30 and 40 and with the corresponding models of the wider HI Cupla series. Flow runs from socket to plug, and the range is not suitable for vacuum in either the connected or the disconnected state.

Standards and compliance

End sizes are 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" as Rc and R threads or hose barbs, tightening torques are 14 Nm, 22 Nm and 60 Nm, the sealing material is nitrile rubber (NBR, marked SG).
