The Nitto Kohki HI Cupla 200 is a low-pressure quick-release coupling in steel with NBR seals, rated for operating pressures up to 19 bar. The range includes sockets (200-xSH, 200-xSM, 200-xSF, 200-xSC) and plugs (200-xPC) in nominal sizes 20, 30, 40, 60, 80, and 100, plus a smaller size 17. G external thread (H), G internal thread (F), metric (M), and hose connection (C) are available as connection options. The 200 series is designed for high flow rates at low pressures.

Choose HI CUPLA 200 for air lines worked at up to 1.5 MPa {15 kgf/cm2}, where the 1.0 MPa {10 kgf/cm2} of MICRO CUPLA, SMALL CUPLA, COMPACT CUPLA, CUBE CUPLA and SUPER CUPLA is not enough. Against the equally rated one-way shut-off series HI CUPLA, FULL BLOW CUPLA, LINE CUPLA 200 and HI CUPLA ACE it is the choice when the seal is to sit on the end face and when socket and tube are to be joined in one push by the integrated Tube Fitter. It is no candidate where the line has to stay open, which is what the straight through LEVER LOCK CUPLA does, nor where two-way shut-off as in COMPACT CUPLA or CUBE CUPLA is required, and it stays limited to air on a steel body.
