To weigh accurately across a wide range, the KERN HFD 1T-4IP uses multi-range switching: as the load increases the scale steps up to the next range (300 / 600 / 1500 kg) and returns to the finer one once unloaded, so readability 0,1 kg is available at low loads. The sturdy cast-aluminium housing and Li-Ion battery keep it usable from site to site.
