For teaching, laboratory and practice the KERN OBE 132 produces a clear transmitted-light image at magnifications up to 1000x. The binocular Butterfly tube allows low-fatigue work over longer sessions. The continuously dimmable 3 W LED gives bright, even illumination of the specimen. The 100x objective additionally reveals fine cellular detail.
