Component Counter County EVO for THT and SMD Tapes 100-240 V - Iteco 8301087

When incoming inspection, kitting or stocktaking calls for an exact piece count of taped components, the County EVO replaces estimating. The microcomputer based hand counter weighs 1.8 kg and measures 240 x 130 x 110 mm, so it fits on any inspection or store bench.

Benefits in daily use

• Counts up to 999,999 pieces and shows the value on a 4 digit display with 13 mm digit height.
• Counting in both directions, during unwinding as well as during rewinding of the tape.
• Divider from 1/4 to 19 handles tapes with several sprocket holes per component correctly.
• Preset mode with audible signal at the target quantity removes the need for a second count when picking.
• Calibration test and self diagnostic protect the result, the memory keeps the last counting value.
• Wide range input of 100-240 V / 50-60 Hz makes the counter independent of the site.

Applications

Goods-in checks on partial tapes, preparation of exact kits for placement, feedback of leftover quantities from production and sample counts during stocktaking. Axial and radial THT tapes are counted as delivered, SMD tapes after fitting the 8301.018 adaptor.

Accessories and compatibility

For rolled THT bandolier the 8301.023 support and the 8301.025 handle are available. SMD tape counting combines the 8301.018 SMD adaptor, the 8301.027 worktop, the 8301.030 handle and the 8301.021 aluminium empty reel. The 8301.155 barcode reader and the 8301.095 thermal printer require version 8301.088 with barcode input and printer output.

Origin and calibration

The County EVO is built by Iteco in Italy. An ISO 9000 traceable calibration report is not part of the delivery and is ordered separately under number 8301.350.
