Component Counter County EVO with Battery, Barcode Input and Printer Output - Iteco 8301088

Where every counted quantity has to be documented and linked to a part number, the County EVO 8301.088 goes beyond plain counting. The datalogger keeps the last 500 counting records with time stamp, and the rechargeable battery frees the count from a mains socket at the rack or in the store.

What separates this version from the 8301.087 base unit

• Built-in rechargeable battery for counting directly at the storage location.
• Input for the 8301.155 barcode reader, so the part number reaches the count without typing errors.
• Serial output for the 8301.095 thermal printer or a PC, optimised for 57 x 51 mm labels.
• Internal clock and datalogger with 500 records for traceability of the counts.

Technical data

Applications

Order picking with a printed label per bag, goods-in with barcode capture of the manufacturer part number, and counting points without a fixed mains connection. Counting data can be passed to a PC through the serial output.

Accessories

Barcode reader 8301.155, thermal printer 8301.095 and label roll 8301.096 with 1360 labels of 57 x 51 mm. For SMD counting the 8301.018 adaptor, the 8301.027 worktop, the 8301.030 handle and the 8301.021 aluminium empty reel. For THT reels the 8301.023 support and the 8301.025 handle.
